The Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Data, Reporting & Analytics creates standard and ad hoc reporting that is accurate, timely, and aligned to business needs.This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain standardized reports and visualizations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
Collect, validate, and structure financial and operational data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting.
Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to provide meaningful commentary and insights.
Perform periodic checks and controls on data quality, including validation of reporting parameters, hierarchies, and business dimensions.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Finance, Business Units, or Executive Management, balancing speed with accuracy.
Provide recommendations for improving reporting processes, including report rationalization, automation opportunities, and visualization standards.
Other duties as assigned by manager.

Internal: Works with all levels of leadership across all functions of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of financial planning, analytics and process improvement experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders.
< 5% travel
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance-related field
MBA or MS in Finance-related field
Experience managing financial systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Hyperion, Anaplan), experience with Anaplan
This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
