Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst Franchise Profitability will conduct research, analysis, process improvement, commercial reporting, as well as support key financial and strategic initiatives to enhance franchisee performance across APAC markets. This role will play a significant role in the development of profitability improvement strategies and regularly partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitability improvements for franchise partners across APAC.
The role is based out of Singapore and requires 5 days per week office presence.

Your roles and responsibilities:
- Profitability Improvement Initiatives
- Be accountable for the Franchise Profitability KPI for the Asia and Pacific region.
- Support development and execution of cross-functional projects and regional strategies to improve franchisee profitability, prioritizing high-impact opportunities to enhance franchisee financial performance across the region.
- Help create tools, processes, and frameworks that enable franchisees to improve financial outcomes.
- Evaluate, share, and implement best practices across the franchise network.
- Financial Analysis and Oversight
- Conduct routine reporting and analysis of franchisee financials, including income statements, cash flow statements, and other key metrics.
- Help create tools, processes, and frameworks that streamline analysis, enhance accuracy, and improve team productivity.
- Conduct forecasting, benchmarking, and market-specific analyses to support specific analyses required by the business.
- Monitor financial risks and opportunities.
- Capital Structure and Liquidity Oversight
- Prepare and analyze financial forecast models for franchisee businesses to determine capital requirements.
- Assist in M&A and new financing transactions, including financial and commercial due diligence, and preparation of investment memoranda.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support Franchise Profitability in partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Field, and Development to align franchisee initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Support in the preparation and presentation of financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Your skills and experience
- At least bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, strategy, investment banking, or investing preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, data visualization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong strategic-thinking skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights, project management skills, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in English.
