Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst, Operations & Performance Analytics is responsible for supporting multiple operational departments through the development, standardization, and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, operational metrics, and performance analytics. This role partners with departmental leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), operational trends, and reporting requirements that support data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, workforce optimization, compliance monitoring, cost control, guest experience enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Sr. Analyst collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Housekeeping, Transportation, Water Safety, Finance, Concessionaires, Guest Experience, Engineering, HESS, Security, Supply Chain, and Administration to transform departmental data into meaningful insights and actionable reporting.
The Sr. Analyst serves as a centralized analytical support resource across operational departments. Departments remain responsible for operational ownership, data validation, monitoring, and functional decision-making, while the Analyst provides support through KPI development, reporting structures, dashboard creation, trend analysis, and data visualization tools designed to identify operational gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
1. Operational Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting tools that support performance visibility across multiple departments. Partner with departmental leaders to identify measurable KPIs, reporting requirements, and operational trends aligned with business needs. Analyze operational data to identify patterns, anomalies, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Produce recurring and ad hoc reports to support daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and leadership reporting needs.
2. Data Management & Standardization
Support the creation and implementation of standardized reporting structures, naming conventions, uniform date/time formatting, and centralized data organization practices across departments. Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity through data validation and maintenance practices. Collaborate with departments to improve data collection methods, reporting efficiency, and accessibility of operational information.
3. Dashboard Development & Visualization
Create user-friendly dashboards, visual reporting tools, and trend analysis reports that support operational leaders in monitoring departmental performance. Develop visualizations that communicate operational performance, outliers, workload trends, forecasting indicators, compliance status, guest experience trends, cost utilization, and operational risks in a clear and practical format.
4. Cross-Functional Operational Support
Collaborate with operational departments to support continuous improvement initiatives through analytical reporting and operational insights. Provide analytical support for workforce trends, utilization tracking, forecasting, compliance monitoring, financial performance, vendor/concessionaire performance, inventory and supply usage, incident trends, engineering performance metrics, HESS reporting, and operational planning activities. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize reporting initiatives based on business impact.

- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Housekeeping, Transportation, Water Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Concessionaires, Guest Experience, Engineering, HESS, Security, Supply Chain, and Administration.

Essential/Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Data Analytics certifications preferred.
Essential Experience Required
2–4 years of experience in operational reporting, business analytics, data analysis, dashboard development, or related analytical functions. Experience supporting multiple departments or operational business units preferred. Experience developing dashboards, reporting tools, operational metrics, and trend analysis reporting preferred. Experience working with large data sets and transforming operational data into actionable business insights preferred. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting platforms required. Experience supporting operational, financial, compliance, workforce, engineering, HESS, vendor/concessionaire, guest experience, or performance reporting initiatives preferred.
