The Senior Mixed-Methods Analyst will lead research projects that integrate both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform key business decisions across the organization. This role focuses on conducting and analyzing in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, surveys. With expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, this person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute research that ensures consumer needs and perspectives are central to business strategy. The ideal candidate has some experience translating both qualitative and quantitative data into strategy recommendations.

In this role you will:

Mixed Methods Research Execution: Lead the design and execution of research projects that combine qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, IDIs, focus groups and observational research, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Data Analysis and Synthesis: Analyze and synthesize data from both qualitative and quantitative sources to uncover key consumer insights and provide a comprehensive view of consumer behavior and preferences.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional teams (including Analytics component of team): Partner with teams across the organization to ensure that study design and goals align with strategic business objectives.

Synthesis and Presentation of Insights: Present qualitative & quantitative findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with strategic goals.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data analysis and reporting.
What you’ll need to be successful:

Bachelor's Degree, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or a related field required, Masters degree preferred

Desired: Certifications in Qualitative Research or Market Research

4 - 7 Years of experience preferred

Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, including interviewing, coding, thematic analysis, survey design and study design.

Preferred: Some experience with/ability in integrating findings from mixed methods research into strategy recommendations.

Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviewing, focus groups, ethnography, survey design and study design

Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.

Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering insights

Data storytelling
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $96,800.00 - $113,900.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.
