Position Summary
The Senior Analyst is a core member of the Heinz marketing team and is responsible for both key business management functions as well as managing marketing programs and campaigns . We're looking for someone with a general management mindset wh ose ambition is to grow into a powerful 360 marketer . We're seeking someone with passion, ownership and leadership abilities to help drive the truly iconic Heinz ketchup brand forward !
Key Components of the Role
Analyze business performance, identify actions needed, and coordinate action plan on key metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers.

  • Administer driver-based business forecast modeling and provide inputs to Demand cycle review and forecasting processes.


  • Manage brand marketing budget for key programs and campaigns


  • Participate in the development of short- and long-term business and marketing plans for assigned products/brands.


  • Collaborate with Comms team members on key campaigns to execute tactical programs and promotional activities


  • Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities and execute retail programming


  • Implement program execution and advancement of near in commercialization.


  • Collaborate with all cross-functional stakeholders on key business needs and programs, specifically Consumer Insights , Business Development, Finance & Revenue Management, R&D and Product Quality.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field


  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in marketing required


  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter and ability to multitask and balance competing priorities


  • Accurate and timely reporting with motivation to improve and integrate processes


  • Consumer obsessed with the ability to identify market trends and key insights


  • Operates independently and motivated by success


  • Strong leadership and committed to results


  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail


  • Passion for marketing and building brands
