Key Areas of Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects for IT security portfolio such as DSPM (Data Security Posture Management), Database security, Application whitelisting.
Plan, design, and manage the deployment of IT security solutions to support business and security objectives.
Establish and maintain an effective framework that provides a comprehensive and current overview of the engineering, deployment, usage and governance of these IT Security tools.
Engage in new initiatives in IT Security domain and other domains with collaboration from business partners and IT teams.
Provide technical support across additional IT Security domains, including proxy, web gateway, and AI security
Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to support new initiatives in the IT Security domain and other related areas
Ensure full compliance to all company policies, required training and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and enhance the effectiveness, governance, and operational use of security technologies across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering or related domain discipline
5-8 years of relevant experience in project management in IT security domains, to manage IT projects and stakeholders
Familiarity with Cyber Security domain especially in banking/finance sector
Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently, attention to details, result-driven/ self-motivated
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
