Key Responsibilities
- Experience of working through STLC
- Experience in writing and executing SQL queries
- Test case design, analyzing Test Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking on regular basis.
- Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle applying best practices and Agile software development methodologies.
Desired Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a software-related discipline.
- Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud knowledge preferred.
- Excellent hands-on writing and executing SQL queries
- MongoDB (Preferred- or willingness to learn)
- SAP knowledge or exposure would be a big plus
- Xray Test Management for Jira experience would be a plus
- Kafka knowledge would be a plus
- Knowledge of functional, regression and ad-hoc testing
- Experience in writing clear and concise test cases, test plan and test strategy
- Experience on API manual testing, end to end testing
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Proven work experience in agile software development
- Write a detailed test case as per the business use case, paying attention to identifying the defect
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate across teams.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, RestAssured) is a plus
- Executing the automation scripts and maintaining the same is a plus
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#) is a plus
- ISTQB certification is a plus
