North Las Vegas - Onsite
Fulltime, Dayshift
Primary Purpose: The Sr. Analyst will provide local IT Infrastructure support for a new robotic fulfillment center in North Las Vegas. They will support a team of technical support personnel that will provide coverage for multiple shifts and be responsible for all infrastructure on site, with support from remote Tapestry technical teams. Support will include but not be limited to networking equipment and cabling, servers, end user devices, IT supplies and other building systems etc.
This position will report to the Director, Distribution Center Technology Operations.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to support... • Lead a team of technical support personnel; providing leadership, organization, and a strategic mindset• Partner with the Operations, WMS, Facilities and other teams to ensure smooth operations• Serve as main point of contact for cybersecurity, technical audits, and compliance adherence• Provide local IT support for networking equipment, network cabling and data center equipment etc• Provide technical support for Windows PC's, wireless devices, Zebra barcode and HP printers, proprietary and commercial software applications, user administration and local hands support for remote Infrastructure teams• Lead provisioning of user accounts, workstations, software licenses, and user access controls• Maintain contracts and service renewals for all equipment on site• Responsible to maintain sufficient inventory for all IT equipment and accessories and printer label and paper supplies using the Tapestry BuyingHub system• Perform regular maintenance on all IT devices throughout the facility• Maintain accurate records and appropriate inventory of all mobile devices, printers and other related accessories• Must be able to work weekends and overtime and provide on-call support for the local Tech team as required
The accomplished individual will possess... • Strong organizational skills• An aptitude for independent decision making• Ability to consistently follow all written procedures within departmental guidelines in order to best meet the immediate requirements of production problem resolution• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Self-motivated• Ability to cover shifts as needed• Excellent customer service skills to respond to customer inquiries and service calls in a timely manner• Ability to resolve production issues in a timely manner is essential
An outstanding professional will have... • CompTIA A+• CompTIA Network+• An aptitude for independent decision making• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)• Working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office• Multiple years experience supporting wired/wireless networking• A degree in Information Technology, preferred
