Main responsibilities:
- The primary focus of this position is to provide financial support to ISC management in their decision-making process about capital investments and restructuring projects for manufacturing locations within the region.
- The Capex Analyst is responsible to prepare ARs and Restructuring projects in conjunction with category BDs, other functions, and manage the relevant approval process.
- This role operates in a complex matrix environment which involves people from different countries and categories (Plant Controllers, Manufacturing Controlling Team, Plant or Regional Business Development Teams, REFM, MDS,or RDQ).
- Drive and continuous improvement in simplifying the process of capital management and providing clear analysis and guidance to business partners is required.
- Provide support on Appropriation Request (AR) preparation and restructuring projects, manage approval process of investment proposals
- Plan, coordinate and prepare post-evaluation reporting of selected CAPEX and Restructuring projects in accordance to policy.
- Conduct Capex / Restructuring Budgets/Forecast for plants, including: Coordinate write-offs/PDR requests within ISC
- Collaborate with plant Controllers and CoE conversion team in validating savings for productivity projects where CAPEX is required
- Control capital funds allocated within ISC network; analyze deviations vs. plan to ensure the organization timely captures opportunities and risks, aimed at mitigating business impacts and associated financial risks.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of functional experience in manufacturing controlling, financial controlling
- FP&A or Category Controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Well organized with solid financial and analytical skills, capable to interpret and confront financial outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication style, ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at various level of seniority
- Open-minded and proactive in seeking solutions
- Fluent English
