The Investment Management Group Senior Analyst is responsible for analytical support and leadership for investment and asset management activity and will also provide support to other functional areas in effort to enhance cash flow and profitability. What You’ll Do Support acquisitions and dispositions in multiple Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) throughout the lifecycle of the transaction, including management of market level iBuyer, Direct to Market Online, Broker/MLS and bulk channels. Oversee work of analysts and provide leadership, teaching and guidance. Collaborate with Asset Management as directed in identifying and reviewing candidates for VE, Revenue Enhancing Capital Expenditures (RevEx) and single asset dispositions. Manage and oversee third-party brokers related to acquisitions and dispositions as directed. Assist with collaborating with Rehab, Turns and Maintenance (RTM) to monitor the timely completion of post-acquisition rehabs and disposition turns ensuring that assets are delivered within budget and scope and on time. Interact with the Investment Specialist and centralized closing team to ensure transactions close on time. Create / prepare valuation and cash flow models to determine the viability of potential investments/dispositions and develop recommendations and reports based upon findings. Research real estate markets for potential opportunities. Analyze and prepare recommendations for improving investment and management processes. Monitor and evaluate financial and operating results on a periodic basis as required. Track economic and performance indicators within real estate markets.Timely interpretation of data for recommendations. Complete projects assigned by IMG leadership. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree required. Two years analytical experience in single-family real estate investments, preferably with Invitation Homes. Real estate license preferred, but not required. Possess strong analytical abilities. High degree of intellectual curiosity. Excellent organizational skills. Endeavor to develop and advance project and personnel management skills Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and get along with others. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Some travel required. Ability to use a personal computer and working knowledge of accounting software systems. Ability to use general office equipment such as telephone, fax machine, printer and copier. Ability to perform advanced mathematical and accounting functions. Ability to perform cash forecasting, planning and management. Ability to read and comprehend financial statements. Strong team-based orientation. Ability to facilitate presentations or speak in public to large groups of people. Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $78,075.00 - $135,330.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
