Sr Analyst III Infrastructure Services - SCCM

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Intermediate level troubleshooting and need to work on any one of the Software Distribution tools (SCCM 2007 /SCCM 2012 /CB/ Altiris / HPCAE.)
• Good Knowledge on Windows OS
• Proven knowledge on incident management. Ability to understanding the severity of issue and ability to handle issue on Release, OSD and Infrastructure
• Flexible to work on 24X7 basis.
• Good knowledge on AD and different AD groups, infrastructure knowledge on the SWD tool.
• Ability to work on Package Distribution, Patch management and release management troubleshooting
• Ability to create SQL queries

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 + 2 + 3 (Any regular graduation)
• Minimum 5+ years of overall experience and 4+ years on Relevant Experience
• Should be having intermediate level knowledge on SWD products especially SCCM 2007/2012/CB, HPCAE or Altiris
• Should have proven knowledge of Incident management and service request handling. Should be able to resolve the issues independently.
• Good technical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Basic knowledge of Packaging Process and Scripting
