Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.
Sound knowledge in country’s statutory requirements
Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
Analysis on potential backlogs in the process.
Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s
Experience in handling customer escalations.
Experience in system transformation for Payroll
Participated in UAT testing for payroll applications.
Education and Experience Required
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores.
4 to 7 years of total experience with at least 5 years of experience in payroll preferable
Knowledge and Skills Required
Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
