Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide expert-level support and guidance on Concur Solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
- Conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Conduct in-depth system analysis to identify patterns and trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs.
- Contribute to process assessments, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support in the integration of Concur with other systems, understanding upstream and downstream data flows.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of Concur.
- Generate reports on key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on new features and updates in Concur, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities.
- Support the alignment of Concur activities with broader organizational goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Work independently with end-users and stakeholders to assist with operational queries and resolve issues.
- Utilize keen quantitative and analytical skills to review data, derive insights, and implement changes based on insights.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of implementation or product support expertise with Concur Solutions.
- Proven experience in data analysis and system support.
- Proficiencies in data-driven decision-making and stakeholder communication.
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in data analysis or system support are a plus.
