The Senior Analyst, GTM Process & Execution supports the operationalization, adoption, and continuous improvement of Go-To-Market (GTM) processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role focuses on translating business processes into scalable system workflows, improving CRM adoption and data quality, and reducing manual execution through automation and standardized processes. Acting as a key cross-functional partner, this role helps ensure GTM systems drive consistent execution, seller productivity, and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities- Support the configuration, maintenance, and execution of GTM workflows, automation, validation rules, and system processes within CRM and GTM tools
- Translate business process requirements into scalable, system-driven workflows that support consistent GTM execution
- Partner with GTM Operations, RevOps, Enablement, and Systems teams to align workflows with business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation
- Monitor workflow adoption, CRM usage, stage progression, and process adherence across GTM teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to surface adoption trends, execution gaps, and workflow effectiveness
- Support initiatives focused on improving CRM data quality, hygiene, and standardized process compliance
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or CRM-focused operational roles
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM systems
- Experience supporting workflows, automation, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing operational, adoption, or execution metrics
- Familiarity with automation tools, workflow configuration, and system validation rules
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience supporting CRM hygiene, data quality, and standardized process adherence
- Background partnering with Enablement or Systems teams on GTM rollouts and enhancements
