This role operationalizes governance through structured project management—ensuring GTM processes are not only defined, but effectively implemented, maintained, and scaled through disciplined program execution. The role serves as the central PMO function for GTM process changes, compliance efforts, and operational improvements—driving cross-functional alignment, change control, and measurable adoption.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end project management for GTM process governance initiatives, from intake through delivery and sustainment.
  • Establish and operate a PMO framework for governance work, including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria; drive on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Operationalize change control by running governance cadences and ensuring process updates are properly reviewed, approved, documented, and rolled out.
  • Partner with Process Optimization and functional stakeholders to scope and prioritize process changes and translate process design into implementable workflows.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance; manage dependencies, risks, and decision points.
  • Maintain version-controlled process documentation and a centralized repository of SOPs, governance documentation, and project artifacts.
  • Run a structured compliance and audit program to assess adherence to GTM processes; track remediation as formal projects and provide visibility into risks and progress.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a GTM or revenue environment.
  • Proven ability to build and operate PMO frameworks and governance cadences.
  • Experience supporting CRM-driven process implementation (e.g., Salesforce) and operational rollouts.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving change management for process rollouts, including communications, training coordination, and adoption measurement.
  • Background in process documentation, SOP development, and workflow translation (process maps, playbooks, operating procedures).
  • Experience developing governance and compliance reporting (status, adherence, risk tracking) and presenting updates to leadership.
  • Familiarity with audit frameworks, control reviews, and remediation tracking in an operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (e.g., Excel/Sheets; BI tools are a plus).
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS / recurring revenue environment supporting GTM teams.
