What You’ll Be Doing:
Role Overview: The Sr. Analyst, Growth plays a crucial role in supporting Evolent Health’s growth marketing and strategy. This individual will be part of a high-performing growth team. Responsible for analyzing market trends, building product marketing collateral, identifying new & current business opportunities, and assisting in the project management for growth efforts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Development of product marketing collateral, sales pitch decks, and other related collateral to support the growth process
- Assisting with the new logo sales journey to support pipeline progression and tracking
- Define and help manage client touchpoints along the sales journey including background research, collateral development, and project management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support competitive positioning
- Evaluate new business opportunities, ideas, whitespace, and potential new customers
- Help create streamlined external communication of our solutions to improve client understanding of capabilities and our unique value proposition (e.g., talk tracks, competitive positioning narratives, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts.
- Supporting the development and execution of the company’s overall growth strategy
- Conduct strategic analyses to prioritize attractive organic and inorganic revenue opportunities
- Driving research, development, and support the launch of new product or partnership opportunities
Preferred Experience We Look For:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 2+ years of business development or consulting experience in the healthcare industry - preferably in a health plan or health system environment
· Growth/product marketing experience, e.g., collateral development, talk track development, competitive positioning
· Growth strategy experience, e.g., assessing new business lines, entrepreneurial experience
· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity
· Analytic rigor and keen eye for accuracy
· Resourcefulness--ability to procure detailed data and information
· Independent problem-solving skills—ability to identify problems, pose solutions, and think through creative work arounds
· Proven time-management skills and attention to detail
· Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a collaborative and innovation-driven culture
· Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationships
· Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred
· Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $.
