The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), supports the execution of the organization’s enterprise-wide risk and resilience framework. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing risk data, producing actionable insights, and helping prepare leadership-level materials that inform decision-making across the enterprise. The Senior Analyst works closely with ERM, Business Continuity, and Third-Party Risk teams to provide clear visibility into risk trends, critical dependencies, and organizational vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the ERM framework, including risk identification, assessment, and monitoring activities across business units.
Conduct data analysis on enterprise and operational risks, identifying patterns, trends, and potential emerging exposures.
Support the development, implementation, and periodic updates of risk management policies, procedures, and program documentation.
Partner with business and functional leaders to support quarterly risk reviews and gather insights for enterprise risk reporting.
Assist in developing risk dashboards, heat maps, and presentations for executive leadership and Risk Committees.
Maintain and update the enterprise risk register, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
Support business impact analyses (BIAs) to assess process criticality, interdependencies, and resilience inflection points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze vendor dependencies and third-party risk data, integrating findings into enterprise risk reporting.
Utilize tools such as Workiva, Excel, and visualization platforms to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and automation.
Research and summarize emerging risks, industry developments, and best practices to inform leadership discussions.
Contribute to risk governance through meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and documentation of follow-up actions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen enterprise risk visibility and program maturity.
Help develop and deliver educational materials to foster a strong risk-aware culture within the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in risk management, business continuity, or related field preferred
Proven experience in business continuity, risk management, or operational resilience roles
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency in data visualization and presentation development (PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools)
Advanced in Excel and database management skills
Familiarity with process mapping, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks
Knowledge of ISO standards related to business continuity and operational resilience (e.g., ISO 22310)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in risk and continuity planning
