The Role

Edwards Lifesciences is expanding its global technology capabilities with the launch of a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. The Hub strengthens the technology foundation that supports our business worldwide, working in close partnership with teams across regions to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions at scale. Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams. Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.

The Test Automation Engineer (SDET) – Salesforce is a fully qualified, career‑oriented individual contributor role. This position applies complete professional knowledge of test automation concepts, tools, and practices to deliver reliable, high‑quality automated testing solutions for assigned Salesforce applications and integrations. The role operates with moderate autonomy, exercises sound judgment in solving complex technical problems, and contributes to continuous improvement within its defined scope.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for assigned Salesforce applications using Tricentis Tosca.

  • Translate functional and technical requirements into maintainable automated test scenarios.

  • Execute automated test suites, including unattended and CI/CD‑integrated runs, and analyze results.

  • Investigate and resolve moderately complex automation failures through structured root‑cause analysis.

  • Improve automation coverage, reliability, and efficiency within assigned project scope.

  • Apply established automation standards, frameworks, and practices consistently.

  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and DevOps teams to support release readiness.

What you’ll need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of hands‑on automation experience with Tricentis Tosca, including Salesforce testing.

  • Experience with API testing, data validation, and CI/CD‑driven execution.​
