We are seeking an engaged and detail-oriented business analyst to join our Global Medical Products and Distribution (GMPD) IT Strategy Integration team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be instrumental in analyzing our current segment applications and data flow integrations, while helping to map out and transition to our desired future state. This is an opportunity to be highly collaborative and visible while being exposed to the broad functional components of the GMPD business; you will be empowered to lead stakeholder discussions, champion process improvements, and support the cohesive execution of our strategic roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct meetings with key stakeholders to thoroughly analyze and document both the current and future state of segment applications and data flow integration.
- Identify, recommend, and actively assist in the implementation of process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Aid the segment team in the cohesive and timely execution of future state roadmap activities and project deliverables.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications or process maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including IT, operations, and segment leadership) to ensure alignment on project goals and technological solutions.
- Act as an AI advocate by helping team members adopt and effectively use AI tools
- Monitor progress and assist in resolving any issues related to application and data integration.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Working closely with partners in the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, China, European Countries, and India; primarily in the United States
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2- 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, system analysis, or project coordination preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate meetings and present business or technical concepts to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Understanding of AI concepts and architecture
- Demonstrated experience in deploying AI in daily work routines
- Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend logical process improvements.
- Demonstrated thought leader, idea generator, and problem solver
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Foundational understanding of system architecture, data flow concepts, and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom) and a willingness to learn process mapping applications (e.g., Lucidchart).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Anticipated salary range: $68,200 - $88,020
