About the Role
Design, develop and maintain Banca channel related systems.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Development & Architecture (50%):- Systems architecture flow design for project business process. Involving other systems team - Application, infrastructure, Security / Governance Leads - for guidance
- Function design and implementation for new features.
- Architecture design for new system
- Study group policy, and communicate with group technical/security expert in technical solution review process
Technical &Project Support (30%):
- Support business requirement analyze, architecture solution and cost estimation
- Review business requirement and function design
- Guide the development work of junior developer and vendor
- Production maintenance and enhancement
Project delivery（20%）
- Lead and participate in all kinds of project related Banca channel Apps
- As application system project leads to manage project scoping, development, unit testing, implementation, user training and close-up.
- Accomplish/deliver project documentations according to time schedule.
Job Requirements:
Education
- University Bachelor degree or above
- Fluent English / Mandarin both oral and writing
Working Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development
- Proficient in Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) and MyBatis for data access layer implementation
- Strong expertise in microservices: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud (or alternatives like Dubbo), service discovery, API gateways
- Strong proficiency with MySQL, Excellent command of SQL:，Solid understanding of ACID transactions, isolation levels, and locking mechanisms，Experience designing and optimizing indexes for complex queries
- Experience with enterprise-level system’s performance enhancement and high availability improvement.
- Previous experience in bank, insurance or other financial institutions is preferred
- Experience in training, recruitment or onboarding system development is preferred
- Familiarity with generative AI techniques and understanding of fundamental machine learning principles are preferred
- Familiarity with vibe coding is preferred
