What You’ll Be Doing:

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead research initiatives that will shape one of our largest client growth strategies, enhance performance reporting, and support key stakeholders in preparation for client engagements. You will also be instrumental in the bi-annual strategic account planning process, working closely with stakeholders to drive success. This includes organizing strategic plans across account teams, synthesizing client performance data into compelling presentations, and ensuring effective execution of tactical outputs.

Collaboration Opportunities:

You will forge strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams including key account leaders, operations teams, finance, and others. This role will report to a Vice President of Strategic Accounts

The day-to-day:

  • Lead comprehensive account research based on quarterly reports and press releases, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.

  • Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and thoroughly prepared for client interactions.

  • Collaborate with account teams to develop impactful client-facing content.

  • Drive business documentation, standardization, and governance for issue review, functional processes, and project tracking.

  • Utilize Salesforce and implementation trackers to accurately project revenue and develop case-to-goal exercises.

  • Support the bi-annual account strategy planning process.

  • Participate in client-facing meetings, capturing key takeaways and next steps to integrate into broader project management plans.

  • Develop and implement global strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in either general consulting or the healthcare domain.

  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills.

  • Proven success in delivering results within a complex project environment.

  • Strong data analysis and change management capabilities.

  • Outstanding analytical, planning, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills to drive business solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).

Technical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $80,000 - $93,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
