Job Summary


SiTime is looking for a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join a talented analog design team developing advanced clock and timing products. This role focuses on designing high-performance CMOS circuit blocks for precision clocking applications. You will collaborate with highly experienced industry professionals, gaining opportunities to learn, innovate, and contribute to SiTime’s ongoing success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design analog and custom digital CMOS circuits for high-performance timing products.
  • Prepare technical design reviews and documentation.
  • Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams, including layout, digital, system design, and validation.
  • Test, debug, and characterize prototypes in the lab.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design
  • Experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design
  • Good understanding of integrated circuit design, device physics, and process technology
  • Knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, noise theory, and phase-noise concepts
  • Familiarity with Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation tools
  • Understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, and design rules
  • Hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization

Compensation Range: 

 

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. 


The annual base salary range for this role is $CAD96,190 - 132,270. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.


In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
