Our Team - AIOps
AIOps team is mainly focus on AI, machine learning, and data analysis for various Trend Micro solutions, either external or internal. Our mission is to efficiently implement, manage, monitor and optimize AI tools to achieve company and users’ business goal.
Responsibility
- Engage with users throughout their journey, designing, developing innovative AI solutions that drive business success.
- Provide comprehensive governance to all corporate AI solutions and conduct efficient improvement plan to ensure high quality of services and fully optimize solutions to align with users’ expectation and strategies.
- Embrace change and innovation, always keep updated with the new AI skills and technologies to assure AIOps team is capable to provide the best solution to facilitate the operations or process.
- Ad-hoc support front-end Java script development or API integration per project needs.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering. Experience with building ETL workflows for reporting and analytics, and designing, developing, and maintaining system applications.
- 2+ years in an AIOps-related role and proficiency in AI, prompt engineering, machine learning and data analysis techniques.
Nice If You Have
- Experience with Power BI or Power Automate
- Experience in HR or Technical Support related domain.
- Experience with leading the development of solutions to complex programs
