• Understanding business objectives and utilizing AI models to make business decisions and develop strategies.
• Implement AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction.

• Propose and develop POCs based on your or the team's ideas.
• Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows

[Responsibilities]

• Build and maintain Generative AI applications and infrastructure.
• Manage the data flow and infrastructure for effective AI deployment.
• Collaborate across teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Develop machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Test, deploy, and maintain AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to integrate AI into broader system architectures.

[Qualifications / Requirements]

Essential:

• Excellent team player with good verbal and written English
• You don't need micromanagement and can take on individual tasks
• Fast learner and self-starter
• Think outside the box and dare to fail
• Programming languages:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming
  • Understanding of PHP, Javascript
  • Nice to have: Frameworks like VueJS, React, LiveWire, Laravel
• AI Tools:
  • Azure AI Studio (Azure OpenAI, Prompt Flow, Azure ML)
  • Advanced experience with LangChain
  • Nice to have: LangGraph, LangSmith, LangFuse
  • Agentic workflows
  • Good knowledge of most common language models, features, speed, capabilities, limits, cost
  • Vector DBs (Elastic, Solr, Chroma)
  • Graph databases with vector support
  • Building vector indexes from large amount of documents
    • Chunking strategies
    • Enhancing metadata and document perspectives
  • Prompt engineering, higher level LLM P.E.
• Design, maintain and secure development of APIs, authentication (f.e. FastApi)
• Versioning, output standardization
• Cloud services
  • Azure, AWS, GCP (Good working experience with at least one of them)
• Experience in securing and deploying GenAI Applications
• Ability to design and execute tests for generative AI applications
• Experience with docker and containerization of applications

Nice to have:

• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Linux OS basic server troubleshooting
• SSH tunneling
• Good Networking foundational knowledge
• Experience in scaling and optimizing backend solutions for high performance
