Own the outcome by taking accountability for the quality, reliability, and impact of the solutions you deliver.
Stay close to the business problem by working directly with Finance and Lead Gen partners to remove ambiguity and focus on what matters most.
Use structured experimentation and measurement to compare approaches, validate results, and improve model performance over time.
Improve every day by simplifying workflows, documenting patterns, and applying clear, candid problem-solving when issues arise.
Win as one team by sharing insights early, aligning with stakeholders, and collaborating across data, engineering, and business functions.
Build solutions with Palantir Foundry and related analytics workflows in a way that supports secure, scalable delivery and long-term reuse.
