About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Backend to design and build scalable backend systems powering our AI Agentic Platform. You will work on services that enable intelligent workflows, orchestration, and context-aware interactions across platform capabilities.
This role combines strong backend engineering with practical application of emerging patterns such as agent-based systems and AI-assisted workflows.
ResponsibilitiesBackend Development & System Design- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build systems supporting context-aware workflows and AI-driven interactions.
- Contribute to architecture decisions with focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Develop services enabling orchestration, task automation, and agent-like workflows.
- Work with structured inputs/outputs, context management, and execution flows.
- Integrate AI capabilities into production systems with clear boundaries and safeguards.
- Own features end-to-end from design to production.
- Ensure strong standards in testing, observability, and operational readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Build systems for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Optimize performance, efficiency, and cost.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, NodeJS, Python, or similar.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, databases, and messaging systems.
- Cloud and containerization experience.
- Experience working with AI-enabled systems, automation workflows, or platform services.
- Understanding of orchestration, context handling, or agent-like patterns.
