Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Responsible for delivering expert execution of processes and controls, as well as consistent guidance, support, and responses covering a variety of HR regulatory and compliance related functions across the employee lifecycle.
  • Process areas include, but are not limited to, employment eligibility, onboarding, employment verification, employee information requests, employee notices, training, access administration, and unemployment claims.
  • Lead the implementation of operational optimization and process improvement initiatives with comprehensive timelines that focus on efficiency gains, establishment of new processes, and/or process improvements that help drive down costs, improve capacity, and/or ensure adherence to compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and provide guidance and resolutions for escalated concerns and work collectively and collaboratively to complete various regulatory operations activities.
  • Senior Advisor HR Regulatory Operations Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management


How You'll Do It

  • Deliver expert execution of a variety of processes across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, employment eligibility, onboarding, employment verification, employee information requests, employee notices, training, access administration, and unemployment claims. Coordinate activities and maintain data. Update process and procedural documentation. Consider the impact of HR related transactions to ensure adherence to compliance, legal, and regulatory.
  • Engage, consult, and partner with internal partners across various HR functional areas, as well as Legal, Risk, and third-party providers, to support efficient execution, risk identification, and issue resolution. Updates team policies and procedures to ensure clear and accurate documentation is maintained in compliance with Company standards. Supports the review and documentation of controls. Participates in data governance activities.
  • Monitors performance of existing business processes with respect to operational efficiency, customer experience, service delivery, and compliance. Leads the delivery of strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support business goals and result in process improvements including internal functions, workflow, system solutions, and enhancements. Reviews current state, gathers business requirements, determines regulatory requirements, assesses impacts, plans, tests, implements, and ensures compliance with programs and practices for each project


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years experience with Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management, or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
