Job Summary
Responsible for oversight, monitoring, troubleshooting and fulfillment of assigned orders to ensure they run as expected per client's contract. Works closely with partner teams to execute on highly-visible, complex advertising campaigns and copy on company's owned and operated (O&O) properties, as well as our affiliates, to ensure a positive customer experience. Individually monitors and stewards several million dollars of revenue annually. Must adhere to strict daily deadlines and established service-level agreements in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Is subject-matter experts, a resource for specialists, a back-up to leadership, provide floor support, and are ambassadors for Advertising Operations across all departments. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Demonstrate the ability to work quickly and accurately with a high-level of understanding of organization's advertising products and the end-to-end process of campaign execution and fulfillment of orders, involving close interaction with various partners in our sales and campaign management teams as well as outside partners.
Effectively communicate with partner departments when orders need attention and provide information in a timely manner.
Proactively monitor campaign pacing/schedules as well as identifies potential issues or risks. Work with partner teams to find opportunities and/or resolutions as well as optimize ad performance.
Oversee inventory to optimize placement and monitor volume. Monitor run rates and commitments as well as maximize billing opportunities. Adjust spot placement as needed. Should have an analytical mind and be good at solving puzzles.
Use analytical skills to solve major issues in order to quickly and accurately handle changes to orders. Demonstrate a high-level of business acumen to quickly ascertain spot and contract prioritization and maximize revenue and/or inventory.
Responsible for high-value programming and/or lines of business. Taking special care when processing these orders to ensure spot fulfillment often in a small window of time.
Demonstrates a high-level of understanding of the organization's multi-screen products and the end to end process of campaign fulfillment for national, multi-market, local, and internal marketing lines of business.
Engage with peers and direct leader with a team-can-do attitude. A growth mindset is paramount to team success, due to the high stress, deadline driven work.
Maximize revenue opportunities by evaluating sold and scheduled inventory and adjusting commercial placements as needed.
Individually monitor and steward several million dollars of revenue.
Provide expertise, field questions, advise, and regularly communicate with partner departments to resolve issues and deliver superior customer experience.
Prioritize workload to ensure successful completion and a positive partner/customer experience as well as ensure maximum retention and inventory optimization.
Supports a high-volume and complex level of display and video advertising campaigns for advertising clients, including trafficking order entry, order fulfillment monitoring, audience engagement metrics and analysis.
Ensure all content adheres to internal standards, guidelines and restrictions and work with partner teams on any violations to the guidelines for specific content.
Interacts with and navigates multiple enterprise-level systems to gather all data required to successfully execute and deliver on client's advertising campaigns.
Troubleshoots mid-day, end-of-day and quality assurance advertising checks and processes.
Utilize past experience to recognize issues and anticipate challenges that may arise in order to draw sound judgments and conclusions.
Manage spots and impression delivery.
Manages and monitors deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs), in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, while ensuring work is free of errors.
Responsible for managing business exceptions, identifying key issues, research, and resolution.
Offers direction and provides on-the-floor support for peers by answering questions, presenting best practices, assisting with complex trouble-shooting and escalating issues to leadership. Act as a liaison between management and team members and serve as back-up to leaders when unavailable.
Provides training to new team members on established workflows and provides support throughout onboarding process.
Works closely with leadership team to alert of large fluctuations of volume and provide recommendations on coverage, as well as serve as a back-up to team members.
Runs daily quality assurance reporting and oversees successful completion of daily audits.
Engages team members energetically and leads team meetings as requested.
Assist with testing software and reporting detailed information on pass or fail of new software features.
Works on special projects and other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $15.46 USD-$36.23 USD
