- Interpret and apply GD&T standards in accordance with ASME Y14.5, ISO 1101, and related norms.
- Analyze technical drawings and 3D models to validate dimensional and geometric specifications.
- Define functional tolerances based on design and manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to resolve dimensional issues.
- Perform stack-up analyses (tolerance accumulation studies).
- Support dimensional validations using CMM and other measuring equipment.
- Participate in root cause analyses related to dimensional failures.
- Train technical personnel in print reading and GD&T interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
