As a Technical Program Manager at Honeywell Forge & AI, you will help drive the execution of innovative Physical AI solutions that connect AI, software and the physical world. - Strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to resolve critical dependencies and risks and maintain delivery against committed milestones.
- Experience managing resource plans, budgets, forecasts, and program risks across portfolios, including headcount planning and quarterly financial forecasting.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams across 3+ time zones and managing execution with external engineering partners/vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status, risks, dependencies, and financials to both technical teams and senior business leadership.
- Proficiency with program/project management tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software-development practices, including roadmap planning, sprint execution, dependency tracking, risk management, and KPI reporting.
- Partner across Engineering, AI, Product Management, UX and business teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and technology execution.
- Adapt to changing priorities and bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex engineering or software programs on time and within budget.
Experience leading execution across multiple Agile/Scrum engineering teams.
Strong program leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Experience with resource planning, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
