Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering/ Information technology/ Computer science, or similar program
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Engineer in Aerospace Product Development or a similar industry
- Responsible for anchoring and spearheading AOP/Demand & Supply.
- Responsible for Execution Effectiveness and overall Delivery, Quality & Cost Measures, triggering actions accordingly
- Responsible for setting up the budget allocation / charge numbers per the forecast
- Interface with Business/CoE Leaders, Program Management and Finance for the key decisions with respect to Portfolio Software Budget Management.
- Experience with global interface, driving actions globally
- Implement lessons from the current year execution to bring about improvements
- Drive standard processes and practices across the portfolio.
- Drive Monthly Management Reviews for the portfolio.
- Knowledge of Aerospace Programs, Processes & Practices is an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Interaction Skills
- Excellent knowledge on financial aspects of a program/portfolio
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
- 6-8 years' experience as a Program Manager or Project Engineer in Aerospace Product Development or similar industry
- Experience anchoring and managing AOP/Demand & Supply and driving execution effectiveness
- Experience setting up budget allocation/charge numbers and strong financial knowledge for program/portfolio
- Ability to interface with Business/CoE Leaders, Program Management and Finance for portfolio decisions
