As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and analysis of large volumes of data. You will ensure the efficient handling of data while driving business insights and supporting decision-making processes. You will develop data management strategies and policies, collaborating across teams to ensure data quality and integrity. You will lead end-to-end data initiatives and drive strategic business decisions through advanced analytics. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, influencing executive-level strategies.

- Strategic Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and operational efficiencies.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain automated interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) to track enterprise-wide KPIs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical roadmaps.
- Data Governance & Strategy: Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and governance activities to ensure data quality, security, and integrity across the organization.
- Data Lifecycle Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, managing large-scale integration and migration projects.
- Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and analysis for data.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Python Proficiency: Expert ability to write scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and automated reporting.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex nested formulas, and VBA/Macros for high-level data modeling.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong experience with data integration, migration, and quality assurance tools.
- Leadership: Proven leadership in managing large sets of data in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and coach others
