Sony Pictures Television is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sr Administrative Assistant to support executives within the Comedy Development teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, exercises sound judgment, and can anticipate team needs while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the SVP Comedy, including complex calendar management, scheduling, prioritization of competing demands, and phone coverage
- Track and help manage development materials, submissions, and project-related information to ensure timely follow-up and execution
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and department activities while proactively managing logistics, anticipating needs, and ensuring executives remain organized and aligned on priorities
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain and update contact databases, call lists, and departmental records
- Read scripts and creative materials, review cuts/dailies, and provide thoughtful coverage, summaries, and key takeaways from meetings, calls, screenings, and development discussions
- Create presentations, correspondence, reports, and executive-ready materials that support development initiatives, strategic discussions, and team communications
- Arrange travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and related logistics, prepare, submit and track expense reports
- Conduct research and synthesize information related to projects, talent, marketplace trends, competitive programming, and development initiatives to support executive decision-making
- Coordinate and support special projects, departmental initiatives, and process improvements as assigned
- Help facilitate effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and external partners
Qualifications
