Job Summary:
Responsible for providing extensive administrative support for the Administrative Section Director and Physician Section Director of the Hospital Medicine and Critical Care Section. Provides lead support to Administrative support staff within the Hospital Medicine and Critical Care Section. Performs non-patient care tasks to support CCH mission & vision. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients, their families and co-workers.
Schedule
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Monday – Friday | Day time hours
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $21.54 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $21.54 - $32.31 per hour

Education:
- Post high school office support training or diploma with emphasis on computer applications for word processing and data management required.
Experience:
- 3 years Minimum of experience providing clerical support is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working with the public is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Basic math computation skills required.
- Working knowledge of computer applications used for word processing and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond appropriately to a changing work environment.
- Ability to type 75 words per minute.
