The Role

Ready to be a Titan?

ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Accountant with strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills to join the GL team. This role is responsible for key areas of the general accounting function including the monthly and quarterly accounting close processes and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. In addition, this position will work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager on key processes and policies.

What You'll Do:

● Analyze differences between local tax books and GAAP books (IFRS/ US GAAP), including preparation of schedules supporting reconciling items.

● Calculate and track deferred tax assets and liabilities, and prepare supporting documentation and disclosures for local financial statements

● Analyze changes in tax legislation applicable to the tech industry and assess potential impacts

● Support accurate and timely preparation of local tax filings in collaboration with external advisors

● Perform general accounting functions and other month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries while meeting global close deadlines.

● Reconcile, analyze, and resolve questions regarding assigned general ledger accounts timely and accurately. 

● Prepare monthly account reconciliations that include multi-currency accounts

● Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, providing flux explanations for significant variances to management.

● Assisting with the development, maintenance and documentation of all policies and procedures related to assigned areas of responsibility.

● Support management in completing special projects and other tasks as assigned.

● Partner with the Internal systems team and support initiatives to enhance accounting accuracy and automation of accounting processes.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Tax and FP&A.


What You'll Bring:

● 5+ years of accounting experience; 

● Strong understanding of Armenian tax law and GAAP accounting

● Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide solutions

● Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in Workday Financials and Armsoft preferred 

● Advanced user of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

● Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

● Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and accountability.

● Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize results.
