The Job
Unchained Labs is seeking a top tier candidate for the Sr. Accountant role. The Sr. Accountant will assist in performing operational responsibilities, provide assistance to other team members and play a leading role in driving scalability in the finance organization. The ideal candidate for this position is exceedingly well organized and excels in a fast-paced environment with high efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Reviews detailed bookings and collaborate with the Order Management team for proper coding
- Calculates and accrues commissions. Fields questions from sales reps and managers
- Prepares a monthly Bookings vs. Quota Summary highly visible to the Leadership Team and requires attention to detail
- Preparation and distribution of invoices are sent to customers in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Perform credit reviews on new customers and assess viability
- Assist with problem solving on customer billing issues by researching accounts and finding supporting documentation
- Review credit memo and RMA requests, and seek approval
- Ensure proper communication channels are adhered to in the event a customer invoice needs to be revised, or an additional invoice needs to be issued
- Assist with annual audit requests
- Support with other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience with full cycle accounting
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including excellent Excel skills
- Experience with ERP system – NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
- Detail oriented, well-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment with moderate supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or similar area is preferred
- This position is Pleasanton- based.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $135,000. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. This role is also eligible for our annual bonus or commission program, and comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience level. Please communicate your salary requirements and title expectations.
