- Oversee and process A/P invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage capital expenditure tasks(CAPEX), including budgeting and asset master maintenance.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries, financial reports, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with annual external audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Manage various tax filings, including Property tax, Sales & Use tax, Form 1099, and Form 1042, R&D credit study supporting, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Qualifications & Required skills:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Concur.
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
COMPENSATION: $70,000/yr - $100,000/yr
REGARDING COMPENSATION:
The hourly wage offered to a selected candidate will be tailored based on several factors, including the location, job grade, relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. We also take into account the internal equity among our current team members to ensure fairness and competitiveness
