What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries to support an accurate and efficient close process
- Analyze balance sheet accounts and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Partner with internal and external auditors to fulfill audit requests and ensure compliance
- Manage and review expense areas such as marketing, loyalty programs, payroll, compensation, benefits, and prepaid expenses
- Maintain strong internal controls and support SOX compliance processes
- Evaluate accruals, identify variances, and provide insights to business partners
- Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Payroll, and FP&A teams to align accounting with business activity
- Leverage multiple systems and data sources to validate transactions and support accounting conclusions
- Support reporting and forecasting for assigned balance sheet and income statement areas
- Review reconciliations prepared by offshore teams and collaborate to improve accuracy and efficiency
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance controls, and implement automation

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
