What you will be doing:

Accounts receivable duties
-
Cash forecasting
-
Bank and Order Reconciliations
-
Collections
-
Inter-company invoicing
-
Maintain and process commissions
-
Maintain Sales Orders (entries and billings)
-
Perform journal entries
-
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions

Distributes expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules
-
Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures

Serves as back-up for other accounting duties as assigned
What you bring to the table:
-
BS in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant area; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-
5+ years accounting experience, including experience in a Government Contracting environment
-
Experience with incurred cost proposals, government cost type billings, disclosure statements, allowable / unallowable indirect costs, floor checks, and DCAA audits required

Previous experience with Deltek Costpoint and TM1 is a plus

Experience in a manufacturing environment also is a plus
Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 / annual (commensurate with education and experience)
