EbizON is looking for a Senior Accountant Executive to join our team in our Dehradun office.
Roles & Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts.
* Prepare, review and analysis financial statement
* Accounting in Tally ERP 9 & MS Excel.
* Update and maintain data on Quickbooks software.
* Measure all financial operations including financial statement, expenses and request
* Coordinate and follow up with clients on a regular basis to discuss invoice status.
* Manage and coordinate with internal staff matter related with financial
* Assisting the Financial controller when preparing statutory accounts
* Assisting year - end group consolidation account
* Involved in annual budgets preparation, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans for potential development site
* Tax consolidations accounting for services in facilities services & real estate properties
* Monthly & Annual Payroll tax calculation
* Assisting year - end group tax return
* Liaison with auditors and prepare audit work papers
* Prepare daily cash forecasts.
* Preparation of Business Activity Statement (BAS)
* Review daily bank reconciliations
* Review monthly deposit transaction
* Monthly insurance finance ledger maintenance
* Assist in weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual cash flow reporting
* Dealing with all the management and financial transaction
* Establish and maintain close relationship with bank managers & auditors ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.
* Handle internal or external financial audit.
Requirements-
Candidates with 60%+ marks in 10th & 12th and preferably from CBSE / ICSE board.
Experience required 5+ years.
GST filing, working with CA (Chartered accountants), Audits etc.
Must have experience in Filing of TDS & Income Tax Return (ITR)
Maintaining all receipts, payments, Sales & Purchase transactions
Accounting up to Finalization of Balance Sheet/Accounts
Preparing Debit/Credit notes
Invoice booking and payment for vendors & various monthly expenses
Must be having good written and verbal communication skills.

Skills Required
- 60%+ marks in 10th and 12th (preferably CBSE/ICSE)
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with GST filing, working with CAs, and audits
