What You’ll Do
- Execute and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations in FCCS, including data loads, eliminations, intercompany matching, journals, close orchestration, and issue resolution.
- Serve as the consolidation subject matter expert, owning day-to-day operations, driving ongoing optimization, and implementing process improvements.
- Serve as the FCCS functional authority, guiding application design, configuration, upgrades, consolidation logic, reporting, and system enhancements in partnership with the Systems team.
- Lead financial system integration activities for acquisitions, including Chart of Accounts mapping, validation, parallel testing, and cutover.
- Support M&A and entity lifecycle events, including acquisitions, mergers, dissolutions, ownership changes, and functional currency changes.
- Analyze and communicate the impact of foreign exchange movements on the P&L and balance sheet.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Minimum of 2 years working in consolidations, master data governance or as an international accountant
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate key information and status to stakeholders
- Possess excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to work well in ambiguity and manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Cloud suite of products (FCCS, EDMCS)
- Experience in system implementation or upgrades
- Individual should work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Big 4 experience, consulting or audit experience with multinational engagements
- CPA certification (or working towards it)
- Systems-thinking mindset with a mix of public company experience and Big 4 audit experience.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification.
