The Position
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage and cultivate all engagements with existing and new OEMs within our Aerospace/Defense sector. Your role requires building robust relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver optimal products and solutions. You will spearhead the development of sales and growth strategies tailored to key customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives, focusing also on supporting USG customers.

- Formulate and execute growth strategies that encompass multi-product and Articulate and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs. Manage momentum through the sales cycle and deliver winning proposals with strong, customer-specific solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with global key stakeholders, ensuring Honeywell is positioned as a preferred partner.

- Continuously differentiate Honeywell from industry competitors. Stay informed on emerging market drivers such as Electric Vehicles (EVs), Urban Air Mobility (UAM), and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
- Understand government requirements relevant to each region, enhancing Honeywell's compliance and strategic alignment.
- Lead effective business development initiatives, driving opportunities across accounts.
- Qualify and disqualify complex sales opportunities innovatively. Willing to travel up to 50% to maximize customer engagement and strategic execution.
Qualifications

- The salary range for this position is ($115,000-180,000).
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
