WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially minded, and technically savvy Senior Account Manager to oversee a premier portfolio of our most valuable brand-direct accounts. This role is designed for a senior client services professional who thrives on execution excellence, client strategy, and complex problem-solving.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Senior Client Engagement & Executional Excellence
- Executive-Level Advisory: Serve as a trusted strategic consultant to senior client stakeholders and their partner ecosystems, translating complex market insights into winning, high-performing media strategies.
- Conflict & Relationship Management: Confidently navigate ambiguous situations, manage complex external account dynamics, and resolve senior-level conflicts with maturity, poise, and strong negotiation skills.
- Flawless Campaign Execution: Execute tasks timely and flawlessly in a fast-paced environment through masterful time management and sharp prioritization skills.
- Platform Expertise: Maintain a rigorous, hands-on understanding of platform capabilities, applying operational best practices to ensure high-quality execution and campaign optimization.
- Drive Revenue Retention & Expansion: Maintain primary ownership of a high-growth roster of key accounts, systematically identifying strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on core business needs.
- Business Development Alignment: Partner closely with the Business Development functions to successfully onboard major new customers and expand existing lines of business.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- At least 5 years of online advertising experience required, 3+ years of client-facing experience, with proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to influence decision-makers.
- Hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising (DSP, SSP, DMP, MMP, Martech, etc.) or experience in brand/performance marketing in an agency or DTC company is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
