Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage channel relationships and optimize performance to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Oversee regional management to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive sales roadmap that incorporates market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value by addressing immediate needs and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Initiate partnerships and alliances to extend market reach and introduce innovative solutions.
  • Conduct evaluations of channel partners to identify performance issues and implement corrective strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management with insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Lead cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment of marketing, product development, and customer service with sales objectives, enhancing client satisfaction and operational synergies
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in channel management and regional sales strategies, with the ability to optimize channel performance.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key end-users.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and Channel management skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales processes.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry and familiarity with related products and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
