Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Build trust, tailor strategies, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Lead a Creative Team: Manage a team of copywriters, designers, and marketing assistants.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, and budgets, and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Analyze Performance: Use data to optimize campaigns and drive improvements.
  • Team Development: Provide feedback, encourage growth, and inspire innovation.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and project management tools.
  • Skills: Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills (C2 English proficiency).
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; minimum 4 years managing client accounts in a marketing agency.
