Job Description


  • Proactive joint business planning driving value creation & constant growth with top-tier love brand and local accounts.

  • Lead strategic projects at the emirate or UAE level that will benefit the total city community and/or country. Foster + lead by example a culture of sharing best-in-class projects with a wider team for reapplication, highlighting strong planning & execution skills.

  • Mentor and support your juniors in understanding and achieving key performance indicators and company objectives.

  • Conduct business reviews with assigned top-tier love brands + local accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships that result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share

  • Maintain continuous business relationships with restaurants

  • Provide excellent service and support in order to build a strong relationship and resolve operational issues between the restaurant and the company

  • Increase TGO shares by switching restaurants to our own delivery

  • Handle menu photos, promotions, advertisement sales, renegotiations, and transmission methods optimization 

  • Optimize the restaurant content (minimum order amount, delivery time)

  • Commission rate renegotiation:- Building new commercial relationships by renewing the existing contacts by renegotiating the offer

  • Advertisement sales: -Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners, and newsletter

  • Generating food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing restaurants

  • Convince restaurants of brand promotion of Talabat

  • Convince the restaurant to go for digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button)

  • Encourage restaurants to subscribe to the online payment gateway

  • Upselling new services to our existing restaurants

  • Coordinate with the restaurant, if the restaurant is live or active on the Talabat website, checking and resolving the reason, such as shutting down or stopping delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:

  • Closed sales

  • Follow-up activities

  • Sales expense report

  • Increased sales report after placing promotions, vouchers, and coupons

  • Restaurant analysis sheet

  • Account management report

  • Lead special account management ad hoc projects as per standards set.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field 

  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Sales/Account Management

  • Negotiation Skills

  • *Must be fluent in Arabic*

  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working

  • Strong English Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Excel Skills.

  • Experience as Sales SME across sales journey and ability to coach and guide others across the City Sales team
