About this PositionThe Senior Account Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products and services within the Primerica Print & Distribution center. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect call, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.This is a hybrid position.
The estimated salary range for this role is: $85K - $95KResponsibilities & Qualifications
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate sales through cold calls, pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and account development plans to build a meaningful and executable pipeline of opportunities necessary to exceed monthly and annual goals through systematic sales touches with both existing and prospective accounts.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle including account management, closing new prospective opportunities, building rapport, and educating both prospects and existing customers on our solutions and our competitive advantages.
- Prepare clear and effective written ROI and RFP proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers.
- Serve as key liaison between clients and production to create a seamless workflow.
- Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
- Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor and adapt sales activities to meet objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Primerica internal support functions and departments.
- Create and maintain accurate and timely records of all customer and prospect interactions.
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Follow company policy and understand any rules or regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on departments or company compliance.
- Follow up with customers on past due accounts receivable when necessary.
- Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 6-10 years experience with commercial printing required
- Knowledge of Commercial printing sales, products and services preferred.
- Must possess strong communication, presentation, problem identification, and solution skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and time management skills.
