What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for your assigned territory that includes mix of new business, growth, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and nurture existing ones.
- Develop and close sales from around $75,000 to $100,000 in annual value.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, engaging with various stakeholders to demonstrate the platform’s value and ROI.
- Accurately manage and forecast your sales pipeline using Salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and product-specific teams to create tailored solutions that ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.
- Build strategic alliances within the sales ecosystem, including Channel Partners and Service Providers.
- Partner with internal teams to effectively complete RFPs.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and user groups.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in business continuity, SaaS, or enterprise resilience services.
- Solid understanding of business continuity frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST, FEMA standards, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles.
- U.S. military veteran status or previous law enforcement background "is a plus" with demonstrated leadership and mission-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
