Responsabilities
- Squad Management and Development: Lead and guide a team of 8 people, ensuring engagement, clarity of priorities, and both technical and personal development, with a strong focus on high performance.
- Project Execution and Quality: Ensure deliveries are completed within scope and on time, maintaining consistency, quality, and visibility of results.
- Strategic Planning and Consulting: Translate business objectives into effective Martech strategies and action plans, aligning deliveries with client goals and priorities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and strengthen long term relationships by understanding client pain points, goals, and opportunities to generate impact and growth.
- Prioritization Management: Define priorities and ensure efficient use of team capacity, maintaining a healthy balance between demands and deliveries.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other leaders and squads to continuously evolve the Minders Method, increasing project efficiency and team satisfaction.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in Martech, SaaS, or digital consulting, working with mid to large-scale clients and projects.
- +2 years of experience in team management and squad leadership within dynamic and multitasking environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
