SQE/APQP Engineer

Responsabilidades:
Validar PPAP de nuevos proveedores / proyectos en conjunto con ingeniería, compras y operaciones.
Desarrolla y ejecuta el plan anual de revalidación de PPAP para proveedores actuales.
Gestiona las no conformidades de producción asociado a proveedores, así como las acciones correctivas y validación de estas.
Coordinar el retorno de material discrepante a proveedore RMA
Desarrolla PFMEA, Cartas de trabajo estandarizados (CTE), liberaciones de seguridad y otros relacionados a procesos de recibo de material.
Analizar requisitos de los clientes, verificando normas internacionales y específicas de cada cliente, para garantizar la implementación del SIG.
Gestiona los cargos a proveedores asociados con problemas de calidad de producto de acuerdo con procedimientos locales.
Visita y hace auditorias en sitio a proveedores actuales y potenciales. Da seguimiento a Hallazgos en conjunto con áreas comerciales y corporativas.
Prepara y presenta área para auditorías internas y de tercera parte (IATF, ISO14001 y de cliente).
Coordinación con otras áreas para entrega de documentación / Generación PPAP OEM, Así como manejo de portales de cliente.
Principales competencias:
Conocimientos para el cumplimiento de la norma IATF16949 e ISO14001.
Manejo solido de core tools (MSA,AMEF,PPAP.APQP,SPC,APQP,QPN).
Conocimiento de los requisitos específicos de cliente y portales OEM Norte America.
Conocimiento de GD&T
Experiencia en metodología en solución de problemas (8D, 3x5w, redex, DMAIC)
Certificación Lean manufacturing (deseable)
Autodirigido y trabajo en equipo.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Design or related
- Minimum 2 years experience as SQA / SQE
- Minimum 2 years experience with APQP / PPAP
- Certification and expertise in audits (IATF16949 / VDA)
- Advanced English
- Automotive industry experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards
- Proficient with core quality tools (MSA, PFMEA/FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, QPN)
- Knowledge of GD&T
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, 3x5W, redex, DMAIC)
- Lean Manufacturing certification
- Self-directed and able to work in teams
